Creator Homemaker's Realty
Admin/Biographical History Real estate sales book came from Wheeler Realty office. It was possibly prepared by a predecessor company Homemakers Insurance. According to Gordon Mitchell Sam Carson was a local notary public who was with Homemaker's Realty for many years. There are many S. Carson houses shown in this book. The Archivist speculates that this may be the connection. Sam Carson was heavily involved in the Baptist Church, and returned to his home province of New Brunswick after his wife Sarah passed away. Sam Carson wasn't the contractor but rather the developer. Homemaker's Insurance was purchased by Wheeler's Insurance. Homemaker's Realty dissolved some time in the 1950s after several of the principles in the business either passed away or moved.
