Jutta Holota was an avid hiker and artist. She was born in 1926 in VIenna, and emigrated to Canada with her husband in 1951. She missed the mountains of Bavaria so much that she and her husband moved to Abbotsford in 1963. She formed the Fraser Valley Hikers group, and logged well over a 1,000 hikes. She passed away at in Abbotsford in 2016. |
