Autograph Album Brownish-grey hardcover album; album is coming apart at the spine; no print date but autographs start in 1889; cover has a small gold-coloured picture of a lake with a boat and two canoeists with a house in the background; also on cover are flowers drawn in black and black lettering that reads: "Friendship / an / Autograph Album"; on front page is handwriting in blue ink that reads: "Edwind [sic] Wells / Chilliwhack / British Columbia"; title page reads: "FRIENDSHIP / AN / Autograph Album / LONDON / JAMES E. HAWKINS / 17, PATERNOSTER ROW / AND 36 BAKER ST / TORONTO / S.R. BRIGGS". |
